When applying for a property, you can request a background check to help your application stand out. In 2Apply, you have the option to request either a premium or basic background check. These reports help verify a tenant’s rental and financial history before approving a rental application. Applicants may see a notification stating the "Rent amount must be greater than $0" when trying to submit or edit a 2Apply application. This is caused by an incorrect rent value on the property listing. To rectify: Reach out to the Property Manager/Listing Agent associated with the property. If you no longer wish to proceed with an application you have already submitted, you can withdraw it directly from your 2Apply account, or contact the agency directly to request the withdrawal on your behalf. Option 1: Withdraw through your 2Apply account Login to your account via 2apply.com.au. From the Home tab, find the application you wish to withdraw.
