Invalid link - No longer accepting applications

The message "This property is no longer accepting applications" means that the real estate agency or property manager has closed the application process for the rental property.

There are a few reasons why a property manager may close off applications for a property. For example, the property may now be leased, the application limit threshold has been reached or the landlord has decided to withdraw the property from leasing.

What you can do:

• Contact the property manager directly if you are still interested in the property for confirmation oh why applications were closed or ask if they have similar properties available
• Search for available properties in TenantApp
• Stay ready! Keep your application details saved, so you can apply quickly for the next suitable property
