What is an Inspection code?

Some real estate agencies require an inspection code before you can apply for a property. The inspection code is a unique code given to applicants who have attended an inspection.

How to obtain the inspection code

1. Attend the scheduled inspection for the property.
2. The code will be most likely emailed to you via a post inspection email.
3. If you did not receive a code or the code is not working you will need to contact the agency who manages the property to ensure that you have the correct code.
