Understanding your 2Apply application status

You can view all your rental applications from the 2Apply home page, where they are organised by status. This makes it easy to track your application progress and identify any actions that may still be required.

Viewing Your Application Status

When you log in to your 2Apply account and navigate to the home page, your applications will be displayed and grouped by status, with the coloured status label above each property address providing a quick indication of your application's current progress:

Unsubmitted Applications
Applications you have started but not yet submitted. The agency cannot view any information entered into the application until it has been submitted.

Waiting on Other Applicants
If you are part of a group application and one or more applicants have not completed their section, the application will appear in this category. The agency will not receive any application details until all required applicants have completed their part and the application has been submitted.

Submitted Applications
Applications that have been successfully submitted to the agency. Applications that are under review, approved, declined, or otherwise in progress will remain in this section.

Withdrawn Applications
Applications that you have chosen to withdraw from consideration.
