Unable to answer security question

Account sign-in requires the use of the same email address or mobile number selected during registration. Two-factor authentication codes are sent to the corresponding contact method used to access the account. Should you encounter issues with receiving verification codes, or those codes being invalid: Ensure you are using the email address and/or mobile number associated with your account. If you have forgotten, or would just like to reset your password: Navigate to 2apply.com.au and select forgot password. Enter the mobile number or email address associated with your account. Select Next. Enter the validation code that was sent to your email/mobile. Answer the security question to verify your identity. You can update your email address or mobile number through the Account Settings page once you are logged in to 2Apply Steps to update: Navigate to 2apply.com.au and select login, use your current details. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select Account Settings. Edit your details as required. Complete the verification step.
