FindMe helps prospective tenants connect with rental opportunities by allowing participating agents to view their rental preferences and invite them to suitable properties.
What is a FindMe profile and how does it work?
A FindMe Profile helps connect prospective tenants with suitable rental properties. It contains information about you and the type of property you're looking for, such as your preferred location, move-in date, and property requirements.
If you choose to make your FindMe Profile visible to agents, participating real estate agents and property managers can view your preferences and match you with available rental properties that may suit your needs. If a potential match is found, an agent may invite you to attend an inspection or submit an application.
When your profile is visible to agents, they can see selected information to help determine whether you may be a suitable match for a property. This may include details such as your first name, preferred move-in date, preferred location, and desired property features, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Information that could be used to directly identify or contact you is not shared through your FindMe Profile.
To setup your FindMe profile:
- Login to your 2Apply account.
- Select FindMe.
- Select and save your preferences .
- Toggle on Visible to agents.
