How do I find a property to rent?

TenantApp is a free mobile application that helps renters streamline their property search, book inspections, and manage rental applications from a single platform. If a property is listed with 2Apply, you can often begin the application process directly through TenantApp.

You can download TenantApp from your devices app store or access from your web browser via tenantapp.com.au/Rentals

1. Log in to TenantApp using your registered account.
2. Use the search feature to enter the suburb, city, or postcode where you want to rent and apply any relevant filters, such as rental price, number of bedrooms, property type, or other preferences.
3. Browse available listings and review the property details, photos, features, application requirements, and inspection times.
4. Save or shortlist properties that interest you so you can easily return to them later.
5. When you find a suitable property, select the option to apply or register for an inspection. Please note that some properties may require an inspection code before an application can be submitted.
