# "Rent amount must be greater than $0" notification

Applicants may see a notification stating the "Rent amount must be greater than $0" when trying to submit or edit a 2Apply application. This is caused by an incorrect rent value on the property listing.

###### To rectify:

* Reach out to the Property Manager/Listing Agent associated with the property.
* Advise them you are unable to submit an application due to the rent figure being displayed as zero.

Once the agency has updated the rent figure you will be able to submit your application.
