# Login verification code

Account sign-in requires the use of the same email address or mobile number selected during registration. Two-factor authentication codes are sent to the corresponding contact method used to access the account.

###### Should you encounter issues with receiving verification codes, or those codes being invalid:

* Ensure you are using the **email address and/or mobile number associated** with your account.
* **Wait for 5 minutes** for the code to send.  Requesting multiple codes in a short period of time will negate the correct code being sent.
* Try the **alternate method** to log in - email instead of mobile, or vice versa.
* **Reset your password** to ensure credentials are up to date.
