# Forgot/Reset password

###### If you have forgotten, or would just like to reset your password:

1. Navigate to **2apply.com.au** and select forgot password.
2. Enter the **mobile number** or **email address** associated with your account.
3. Select **Next**.
4. Enter the **validation code** that was sent to your email/mobile.
5. Answer the **security question** to verify your identity.
6. Once verified, **create** your new **password**.
